Head of Finance Salary: £72,585 per year Location: Liverpool, L11 2SF - Hybrid Permanent, 35 hours per week, typically across Monday to Friday. The role is accountable for: Delivering efficient and effective financial reporting and treasury management with a strong focus on financial control and compliance. Leading a high-quality finance service for colleagues across Cobalt that facilitates delivery of our corporate objectives. Promoting financial awareness, discipline and control across all areas of the business. Influencing strategic decision making as a member of Cobalts Leadership Team. Experience were looking for: A strong track recordof leading a finance team of a comparable size and complexity Experience of financial control, risk management and of statutory financial reporting Experience delivering transformational change within finance Someone who will bring technical excellence, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to service improvement through business partnering. Knowledge of UK accounting standards, particularly FRS102 Proficient in the use of ICT Fully qualified member of a recognised CCAB accounting body, or equivalent by experience Demonstration of continuous professional development Due to the nature of the role, you must have the flexibility to work outside of standard hours to meet organisational needs, or attend meetings as required.
