As Product Innovation Director at MHR, you’ll provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and commercial oversight to drive innovation, customer value, and operational excellence across our cloud‑based and AI‑enabled product portfolio. You’ll own the full innovation lifecycle from ideation and concept validation to market launch, ensuring our products not only meet but anticipate market demand. Acting as the bridge between Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll translate complex technology capabilities into clear, customer‑focused value propositions that fuel growth across key sectors. With a proven background in SaaS, HCM, or finance technology leadership, you’ll combine strategic vision, analytical insight, and data‑driven decision‑making to deliver measurable business outcomes and shape the future of MHR’s product strategy.
