JOB PURPOSE
Application closing date: 20th June 11.59pm. Interviews will be scheduled from the week commencing 23rd June.
The role involves supporting data management of the Raw Materials Excess (RMX) to achieve utilization and disposal targets, ensuring the database is fully updated, reconciled with physical inventory at locations, and cleansed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Database Stock Accuracy Maintenance
2. Drive RMX validation, focusing on legacy stock
3. Conduct data cleansing for utilization and disposal
4. Support data accuracy by requesting missing information
5. Coordinate transfers to RMX warehouse with internal teams and external partners
6. Assist with stock counts and data queries
7. Build relationships with RMX warehouse teams
8. Disposal Driving
9. Engage with disposal partners and corporate responsibility teams
10. Identify stock for disposal and determine the best disposal channels
11. Understand disposal limitations and work to reduce them
12. Develop processes to ensure successful disposal
13. Expand network of third-party buyers and support reselling efforts
14. Internal Utilisation
15. Identify opportunities for RMX utilization
16. Ensure availability of top RMX swatches from suppliers and warehouses
17. Increase visibility of RM stock to stakeholders
18. Support internal stakeholders in RMX utilization
19. Other
20. Investigate and pursue outstanding RMX payments if necessary
21. Generate reports related to RM stock
22. Participate in projects and target setting for RMX
PERSONAL PROFILE
* Administrative experience
* Understanding of textiles (an advantage)
* Fluency in Italian (an advantage)
* Excellent Excel skills
* Attention to detail
* Numerical fluency
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
Success will be measured by the accuracy of RMX data, effectiveness in disposal and utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
