Join our Luxury Innovation & Brand Change Team
The Luxury Innovation & Brand Change team sits within the Diageo Luxury Group, focusing on developing Diageo’s rarest and most prestigious packs.
About this role
The specific role of the Luxury Project Manager is to successfully deliver Luxury Innovation to meet the high expectations of some of our most demanding customers and consumers.
You will be responsible for:
1. As Project Manager you will be main point of contact for the Customer to scope and deliver the project.
2. Lead the cross functional Supply team to deliver projects in line with customer expectations agreed through Gate process, measured against time, cost and quality.
3. Reporting your performance and progress of activity.
4. Build strong relationships across all Stakeholder groups.
5. Engage and support development of new and improved ways of working.
Experience we’re looking for:
6. Ability to inspire and lead your cross functional supply project team to consistently deliver projects, as part of a high performing team that is delivering Diageo’s ambition.
7. Degree level qualification preferred, ideally in a technical area.
8. Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, being capable of developing strong working relationships.
9. Strong project management skills with sound knowledge of a wide range of packaging materials and processes including:
10. Design and development of packaging and materials to meet desired quality standards.
11. Material handling, transportation and transit robustness
12. Artwork specification and management and reprographics process
13. Risk management practices and techniques
14. Experienced or ability to develop sound understanding of Luxury products and packaging.
15. Enthusiasm for transforming our ways of working and processes.
16. Understanding of Planview system and Navigate stage and gate process requirements.
17. Excellent organisation, report preparation, and presentation skills.
