Due to continued growth, we're looking to expand our field engineering team with driven, customer-focused individuals. The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be travelling to customer sites carrying out EPOS and IT equipment swaps, installations, and maintenance. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll typically work between 08:30 – 17:30, with jobs scheduled across your allocated area. ?? Important: This is a field-based role with regular travel, so a full clean driving licence is essential. Key Responsibilities Carry out on-site hardware swaps and installations Deliver a professional, customer-first service at all times Collect and manage parts from local depots or courier points Maintain accurate records using internal systems Ensure van stock is controlled, audited, and up to date Follow all company processes and customer procedures Support project-based work and nationwide rollouts Complete all required paperwork accurately Maintain company vehicle in a safe and roadworthy condition Adhere to health & safety policies at all times Attend training and meetings when required What We're Looking For ? Essential Field service or customer service experience Strong communication and organisational skills Confident using IT systems (Windows knowledge preferred) Ability to handle challenging situations calmly Full UK driving licence Professional, positive, “can-do” attitude ?
