Join Cambridge Intelligence as an Account Executive for the EMEA region, leading outbound sales, developing new business, and helping customers discover the power of our data visualisation technology.
What’s involved?
* Take ownership of outbound business development while managing inbound opportunities.
* Identify, research, and engage potential customers through email, phone, social, events, and networking.
* Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract completion.
* Understand customer needs and present Cambridge Intelligence solutions effectively.
* Prepare pricing quotations and licensing proposals; negotiate commercial terms.
* Maintain accurate records and track progress in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and legal teams to drive revenue growth.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Must have
* Proven track record in outbound sales or business development, ideally selling software or technical products to technical audiences (developers, product managers, etc.)
* Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong ability to identify and influence key decision-makers.
* Excellent research and networking skills to discover and engage new prospects.
* Confident presentation and communication skills at all organisational levels.
* Experience preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.
* Ability to understand technical products and articulate their value clearly.
Nice to have
* Familiarity with software licensing agreements.
* Additional language skills beyond English.
* Knowledge of the data visualization or data analytics industry.
