Key Responsibilities
Supporting KS3 and KS4 students in the classroom
Helping teachers deliver engaging lessons
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils needing extra help
Supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioural development
Preparing classroom resources and assisting with lesson plans

Degree-qualified (essential)
Confident and professional in working with teenagers
Patient, reliable, and proactive
Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
