About us
The Isbourne is developing a global media brand inspired by Loving Wisdom from the Universe - a multi-channel project shaped by the book’s themes of elemental wisdom, harmony, love and connection with nature, based at The Isbourne in Cheltenham.
We are looking for a thoughtful, creative early-career content producer to help turn a rich body of source material into engaging digital content across social platforms and other channels. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys shaping ideas, making long-form material accessible, and experimenting with new formats and AI-assisted workflows.
Job Description
You will build a practical content system that translates book-based material into formats a global audience will watch, read and share. The work will include short-form video, scripts, visual storytelling, explainers and publishing support, with a strategy focused on YouTube, short-form social content and owned audience channels.
This is a part-time role based at The Isbourne in Cheltenham, for 3 days a week. We are flexible on the working days. The role has high potential to go full-time.
Key Responsibilities
* Turn existing source material into clear, engaging scripts and explainers
* Help translate reflective and wellbeing-focused material into accessible audience-facing content
* Create and publish content across social media platforms
* Support the development of short-form video, visual assets and multimedia content
* Use AI tools to help create media assets and accelerate creative workflows
* Help organise content pipelines, publishing schedules and basic performance tracking
What we are looking for
* A strong interest in social media, digital storytelling and content creation
* Confidence using social media platforms and publishing tools
* Comfort using AI tools in creative or content workflows
* Good judgement about tone, audience and presentation
* Strong organisational skills -the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to test and refine ideas
* An interest in wellbeing, reflective, philosophical or culture-led content
