Are you a passionate and experienced teacher with a strong background in Special Educational Needs?
We’re working with a supportive SEN provision in Lancing that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where every child’s unique needs are supported through tailored learning and a holistic approach to education.
The Role:
* Deliver differentiated and inclusive lessons for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs
* Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and personalised strategies
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
* Foster a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
* Monitor and assess progress, adapting approaches as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching pupils with SEN
* A nurturing, flexible, and creative teaching approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development
