The successful candidate will support the Production Manager in overseeing all evening shift operations, ensuring that production schedules are met in full, quality standards are maintained, and health and safety requirements are consistently upheld. This is a hands on role that is set to grow in terms of responsibility and direct reports. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all aspects of evening shift operations, from fabrication through to despatch, to ensure the achievement of production, quality, and OTIF (On Time In Full) targets. Work collaboratively with the Shift Engineer to ensure that any faults or breakdowns are addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining optimal production flow. Provide strong leadership and direction to a medium-sized team across multiple disciplines, fostering a positive, motivated, and performance-driven culture.
