Overview
To manage and control the maintenance and repair to M&E equipment across a large campus. Ensuring appropriate and correct operation of assets and that records are maintained in line with Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice. Deliver a Smart and world class service, have full confidence of the client and team and be a leader of innovation.
Key Duties
* Manage all technical issues.
* Manage agreed KPI and SLA's.
* Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on site.
* Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works.
* Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site.
* Assisting with recruitment of any new staff required on sites.
* Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
* Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
* Management of all reports.
* Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following
* Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher.
* Background in understanding of budgets and P&L. (not essential)
* Strong critical engineering understanding.
* Previous experience of managing large engineering teams.
* Experience of service delivery in high profile buildings.
