Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pilates-trained Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about movement quality, rehabilitation, and delivering exceptional patient care in a private clinical setting. Be part of a highly specialist team consisting of: Sports medicine physicians, physiotherapists, an osteopath, podiatrist and performance psychologist
You will manage a varied caseload including musculoskeletal and sports injury patients, delivering one-to-one, hour-long appointments with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and exercise therapy, plus Pilates-based rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments in 60-minute sessions
* Design and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes incorporating Pilates principles where applicable
* Manage a caseload of self-funding and privately insured patients
* Work with patients covered by insurers including Allianz Global, BUPA Global, Cigna International, Healix, and WPA
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
* Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team where appropriate
* Contribute to the clinic’s professional and welcoming environment
Essential Requirements
* BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
* Minimum of 2 years post-qualification clinical experience
* Current HCPC registration
* CSP membership (or equivalent professional indemnity cover)
* Formal Pilates training (e.g., APPI or equivalent)
* Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Experience in private healthcare settings
* Background in sports injury management or working with active populations
* Additional qualifications in manual therapy or rehabilitation
