A bit about what you will do...
* Assistant Restaurant Managers within our luxury hotel
oversee restaurant operations for the outlet, ensuring the team delivers warm,
welcoming and exceptional service that consistently exceeds guests’
expectations.
* Lead by
example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting
guests’ needs and brand standards.
* Monitor the
performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial
results, initiating corrective action as needed.
* Plan and
execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
* Conduct daily
briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with
the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Manage
staffing levels according to business demands.
* Address any
guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
* Coach, train,
and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually
seeking improvement.

* You are a true people’s person,

* You will be obsessed about brand
standards, with real passion for hospitality
* You will have the ability to
remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
* You have a good working knowledge
of food and beverages
* You are a great leader and strive
to develop and motivate the team
* Previous experience as an
Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential
