Construction Project Manager
Hours: 37 p/week – Monday – Fr@iday.
As a Construction Project Manager within the property and facilities department you’ll be at the forefront of exciting projects overseeing every aspect from inception to completion. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to ensuring that projects run smoothly, on time and within budget.

As a construction project manager, your role will include:
* The successful execution of the mydentist network plan in line with the overall mydentist 3-year plan
* Ensuring projects are delivered in line with all regulatory compliance to include CDM, asbestos management and building control – aligned to a clear JCT workflow
* Ensuring 3rd party consultants are engaged with on the correct terms and prov@ide value for money, allowing projects to be proactively scoped/ planned and delivered in line with business requirements.
* Day to day budget management of live projects (CAPEX & OPEX)
* Prov@iding regular updates to all stakeholders on progress of indiv@idual projects but also high-level updates showing overall project delivery across the business in line with the 3 year plan.
* Projects include Merge & Relocation, Semi Greenfield, Expansion, Bolt-ons and acquisition of practices
