We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a growing team after a recent company expansion. You will be supporting business customers, answering queries, and helping them get the best from the company's products and services.
Duties will include:
* Be the first point of contact for business customers
* Support sales and onboarding
* Re-engage dormant accounts
* Build strong customer relationships
* Promote suitable products and services
* Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
* Keep accurate records and follow company processes
This is a permanent role offering:
* £25,000 basic salary
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 30)
* Hybrid working
* Up to 7% pension match
