Window Installer / Self-Employed Teams

New Look Windows is a thriving, family-run business with a reputation for excellence in commercial window and door installations across the North West and beyond. We're expanding and looking for skilled, self-employed fitting teams to join our success story.
What We're Looking For:
We need experienced installers with their own suitable transport to deliver and fit windows at assigned job sites. You'll take ownership of installations, ensuring every job meets our high standards and leaves customers delighted.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install windows and doors in PVCu, aluminium, and timber.
* Lead and manage fitting teams on-site.
* Ensure all work complies with company and industry standards.
* Communicate clearly with the site team and New Look office staff.
* Troubleshoot and resolve fitting issues independently.
* Report to the installations manager daily.
* Making sure all necessary paperwork is completed and handed in daily.
To be considered, applicants must have:
* A valid CSCS card
* Minimum 2 years' experience in window installation
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example
