New Business Manager – Coffee - National
Location: North & Midlands / South UK (Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool, Nottingham, Birmingham, Peterborough, Northampton, Leicester, Cambridge, Luton, Oxford, Bristol, Swindon, Reading, Bicester)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + OTE £55,000 - £60,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance + Full Benefits Package

With continued growth across the UK, we are now looking to appoint a passionate and driven New Business Manager to help expand our presence and develop key relationships within the thriving coffee sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the coffee industry, partnering with distributors, roasters, and hospitality operators to bring world-class coffee solutions to market.
The Opportunity
As New Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening our market position across your region.
You will:
* Develop and grow relationships with appointed distribution partners
* Identify and win new business opportunities across cafés, roasteries, and hospitality customers
* Support distributors with forecasting, sales planning, and market development
* Build strong relationships within the coffee community and industry network
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver commercial success and growth
This is a field-based role offering autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing market.
About You
We are looking for a commercially driven individual with a passion for coffee and relationship-led sales.
* Experience in coffee equipment, coffee products, or related hospitality sectors
* Experience working with distributors or indirect sales channels
* Strong relationship-building and business development skills
* A proactive and self-motivated approach
* Passion for coffee and the wider coffee industry
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK
