About the Role
Part Time Head Housekeeper operating a 3 on 3 off rotation from 8am to 2pm or 9am to 3pm. The role focuses on delivering a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes.
You’ll lead the housekeeping team to keep every area spotless, staying organised, setting high standards, and always putting residents first.
Key Tasks
* Managing the cleaning rota and daily schedules
* Leading by example and supporting your team
* Overseeing laundry for personal and shared items
* Ordering cleaning products and supplies
* Following and updating infection control procedures
* Keeping records and completing cleaning checks
* Ensuring safety and COSHH guidelines are met
Qualifications
Housekeeping experience with proven team leadership skills.
Strong organisational abilities and knowledge of Health & Safety and infection control.
Friendly, positive, and kind demeanor in all interactions.
Ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and to report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship offered.
