This role will entail:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
* Handling new starter onboarding, including right‑to‑work checks and creating contract support.
* Creating and maintaining recruitment reports and KPIs to help drive continuous improvement.
* Supporting the HR team with first‑line employee queries and transactional HR tasks such as contracts, letters, and system updates.
