Working closely with the Curriculum Director and Curriculum Manager for STEM, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging Digital education to our diverse and ambitious student body. You'll help shape a curriculum that equips learners with valuable, real-world skills and knowledge to support their future success.
We're looking for someone to join our team who is committed to excellence in teaching and learning, eager to drive innovation, and enthusiastic about contributing to the continued development of our STEM Division. You will play a vital role in tracking learner progress using centralised software to ensure every student thrives.
Working with the Curriculum Director and Curriculum Manager for STEM to ensure that the Digital provision at Halesowen College is outstanding, you will work to create an area of excellence, focusing on the quality of the curriculum and the skills that learners obtain on their journey, providing high class teaching in Computing, Data Analysis, Cyber Security and more to diverse groups of learners.
The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the department's development, make significant contribution to the delivery of digital courses, and ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of learners through centralised tracking software.
