Location: Shell Centre, Waterloo, London SE1 7NA
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (rotating early and late shifts)
Shift Pattern: Earlies: 06:00 – 15:00 | Lates: 13:00 – 22:00 | Plus on-call as per site rota

What You’ll Do
* Diagnose faults and carry out repair and testing across electrical, mechanical, and public health systems, plant, and equipment.
* Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance to meet statutory and contractual obligations.
* Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance in every task.
* Support the management of contractors, including inductions, safety walks, and documentation.
* Oversee stock control, purchasing, and goods receipting to ensure operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records and statutory documentation to support compliance and audits.

What You Bring
* A recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (essential).
* A minimum of five years’ experience in a multi-disciplined M&E role within a large, complex commercial environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and public health systems.
* Proven experience in a Building Services or Facilities Management engineering role.
