Hays are recruiting for a temporary to permanent customer service administrator, based in Manchester City Centre.
Your new role
You will handle iing customer calls, providing timely and accurate information, resolve queries,plaints, and service issues with empathy and efficiency. You will log all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy. You will escalateplex issues to relevant departments when necessary. You will follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, andpany policies. You will meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Handler with excellentmunication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You will have experience of managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries efficiently, and maintaining a positive brand image. You will bring a calm and professional approach to every interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
