Metrology Engineer role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to resolve dimensional control issues and supporting projects throughout the UK and internationally.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldStrong knowledge of metrology principles, techniques and equipmentExtensive experience using SpatialAnalyzer (SA) softwareExperience operating Leica Laser Trackers including 400 and 900 series equipmentExperience using scanners, T-Probes and B-ProbesKnowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprintsFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systemsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in measurementsEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAdditional Information
