About the Role
As a Senior Communications Consultant within our Change & Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate and embed change across large‑scale transformation programmes — including ERP implementations, operating model redesigns, and cultural change initiatives.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering strategic communication plans that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across all levels of an organisation — from leadership to front‑line staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop end‑to‑end communications strategies aligned with transformation goals and ADKAR principles
* Conduct stakeholder and audience analysis to inform message design and channel selection
* Create integrated communications plans that complement change, training and engagement activities
Design & Development
* Craft compelling, accessible, and audience‑specific content across a range of formats (emails, toolkits, FAQs, leadership packs, videos, and intranet content)
* Develop consistent branding and tone of voice for transformation programmes
* Tailor messaging for different stakeholder groups and business functions
Delivery & Execution
* Manage communications rollouts across multiple channels and project phases
* Collaborate with change leads, HR, IT and leadership teams to ensure alignment and message consistency
* Facilitate feedback loops and refine communications based on engagement metrics and sentiment analysis
* Define and track communication KPIs (e.g. engagement scores, open rates, feedback sentiment)
* Analyse insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness and impact
* Reinforce behavioural change through targeted communication strategies to support benefits realisation
About You
This role is ideal for a communications professional with experience supporting large‑scale transformation programmes, whether in‑house or within consulting. You’ll combine strategic thinking with creativity and be comfortable engaging with diverse audiences across all levels of an organisation.
* Proven experience in communications within major transformation programmes (ERP, operating model, or cultural change)
* Strong understanding of change management principles, including ADKAR
* Excellent writing, storytelling and content creation skills across digital and traditional channels
* Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
* Experience working in complex or matrixed organisations (public sector experience desirable)
* Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving project environments
* Experience working with a Hub and Spoke communications model — where central messaging is adapted for local audiences and channels
* Experience in HR, Finance or Procurement transformation programmes
* Consulting background with exposure to public or private sector transformation initiatives
* Knowledge of digital engagement tools and analytics to measure communication effectiveness
