We are now looking for an experienced and detail‑driven Curriculum & Quality Coordinator to help us uphold the highest standards of learning, assessment and verification as we grow our national impact.
In this role, you will:
* Support the ongoing development and improvement of our curriculum and assessment materials
* Coordinate internal and external verification processes
* Work with assessors, teachers and awarding bodies to ensure rigour, fairness and consistency
* Drive continuous improvement through high‑quality resources, data and feedback
* Help refine innovative digital tools such as our AI‑powered learner logbook
* Ensure all curriculum content meets SCQF and awarding body standards
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds a teaching qualification and has experience in continuous assessment and verification
* Understands curriculum design and quality assurance within accredited frameworks
* Communicates clearly and confidently with teachers and assessors
* Shares our belief in Potential, People, Purpose and Progress
