As a Radiographer at our Plymouth Hospital, you’ll bring high levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and are caring by nature. You hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification, and excellent teamwork skills.

As a Radiographer, you will:
* Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload – within the department, on the ward, and in theatre
* Work with leading practitioners and experience new practices, equipment, and facilities
* As a clinical lead, develop policies and procedures
* Supervise and develop junior staff members
* Provide a service of the highest quality, delivered with sensitivity and compassion
The Person
To succeed as a Radiographer, you will have:
* High levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately, with a great eye for detail
* A caring nature – to see each patient as an individual and carry out this role with understanding and empathy
* A BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet HCPC registration requirements
* A postgraduate qualification in an area of specialization
* Radiation Protection Supervisor training and/or qualification (desirable)
* Post-registration experience relevant to the role
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
