What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the face of the development — greeting residents and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
* Handling calls, emails, and enquiries in a courteous, brand-aligned manner.
* Resolving queries or complaints quickly and effectively, escalating where needed.
* Supporting mobilisation processes for new developments, liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Assisting with risk management routines — maintaining accurate records, certificates, and compliance data.
* Helping coordinate and oversee contracts for services and maintenance.
* Maintaining detailed system records to ensure smooth operations and audit compliance.
* Contributing to the safety and wellbeing of residents and colleagues through diligent health and safety practices.
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong customer service and communication skills — in person, by phone, and in writing.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* A methodical approach to record-keeping and compliance processes.
* Confidence using technology and management systems.
* A collaborative mindset — able to work closely with contractors, clients, and colleagues.
