Your Key Responsibilities

* Drive customer growth and retention, achieving profitable volume growth against targets.
* Collaborate with customers to understand their growth plans, offering valuable solutions and a diverse range of products.
* Stay informed about competitor activities to ensure you provide the best local solutions.
* Work closely with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer needs and ensure seamless transitions.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.

Familiarity with our modernization program and new technologies to enhance customer experience is essential. While experience with Salesforce is a plus, it’s not mandatory.
