Global Accounting Network are partnering with an international energy client who are looking for an experienced Interim Rewards Consultant to lead and support key reward initiatives during a period of transformation. This is a critical role that will help align the reward strategy with the evolving business goals and organisational structure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and assess existing reward structures, identifying areas for improvement.
* Align reward strategies with the new business direction, organisational design, and talent goals, ensuring governance standards (e.g. REMCO) are met.
* Benchmark compensation for new or redefined roles, using Korn Ferry data and methodology.
* Model and analyse cost impacts of proposed changes to pay and benefits structures.
* Conduct evaluations and levelling for newly created or significantly changed roles.
* Design or refine base pay structures, incentive plans, and allowances that align with the needs of the newly merged business.
* Analyse internal pay equity and ensure alignment across levels and roles.
* Create clear transition plans for employees moving between roles or grades.
* Review, compare, and harmonise employee benefits across business units and regions.
* Work alongside HR and leadership to deliver change management strategies that support implementation.
* Provide guidance and training to HR Business Partners and managers.
* Prepare executive-level reports outlining reward strategy impacts and recommendations.
* Present findings and proposals to senior leadership and steering committees.
* Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in reward strategy, compensation benchmarking, and benefits design.
* Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to model and interpret complex data.
* Skilled communicator with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Expertise in job evaluation methodologies and tools.
