Maintenance Person required to work at Care Home in Brierfield. Day to day maintenance involves, weekly H&S checks, and general DIY around the building. Having a trade skill i.e joinery, plumbing, electrical, is a preference or extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential. Must enjoy decorating and day to day maintenance of buildings. Must have full driving licence own transport and Tools.
