With an impressive employee retention rate of 15 to 20 years (with some employees having worked with the business for over 40 years) this business is seeking a confident and reliable Bookkeeper to join their team. The role will involve overseeing all accounts and payroll responsibilities and reporting directly to the Finance Director. This is a full-time, office-based position that requires a hands-on approach and someone comfortable with phone communication, handling customer and stakeholder queries, and working autonomously within a small finance team.
This business is looking for someone who is passionate about accounts. Existing qualifications or working towards AAT is beneficial but not essential.
