Our client is a thriving medium-sized international manufacturing business looking to evolve their approach to marketing. They're seeking a visionary marketing leader to transform their current sales-focused strategy into a robust, marketing-led approach that will accelerate their global growth trajectory.
This exceptional opportunity calls for a strategic change agent who can build capabilities, develop talent, and establish marketing as a core business driver across multiple international territories including the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America.
Will need to attend office in South London area for 5 days a week for 1st 6 months, and from then on hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

AS GLOBAL HEAD OF MARKETING YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Spearheading the transition from sales-led to marketing-led strategy by developing comprehensive brand and communication initiatives that drive awareness and market growth
* Crafting and executing the annual marketing roadmap, complete with campaigns and performance metrics to support business expansion across global markets
* Leading and developing a talented marketing team while fostering strong cross-functional relationships throughout the organization
* Managing budgets effectively while leveraging external partnerships to maximize marketing impact and deliver measurable ROI
THE IDEAL GLOBAL HEAD OF MARKETING WILL HAVE:
* Minimum 10 years of strategic marketing leadership experience with a strong B2B background in manufacturing, engineering, or communications sectors
* Must have a proven track record transforming marketing functions within an SME environment in the last 5 years
* Technical proficiency across digital marketing channels including CRM systems (particularly Hubspot), content strategy, and performance marketing
* Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change
