Our client is a well-established food manufacturing company. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager to work on a permanent day shift.
The Role
1. You will lead your team and area to successfully deliver your KPI's and drive business performance.
2. Coach, develop and lead staff and establish a continuous improvement culture.
3. Take full responsibility for the day to day running of a department on shift, ensuring the Health and Safety of all colleagues whilst maintaining and making improvements in all areas.
4. Monitor and communicate the site plan, performance KPI's and targets ensuring that all colleagues are striving to achieve the same goal.
5. Control levels and accuracy of waste and waste recording including Overall Equipment Effectiveness and potential efficiency; accuracy and waste recording; downtime; product weights; staff efficiency.
