Key Roles and Responsibilities:
This role is crucial in supporting our customers and ensuring our products continue to deliver top performance through expert repair, troubleshooting, and support.
Responsibilities include:
* Repairing and diagnosing technical issues with company products
* Documenting repairs and communicating with customers on progress
* Supporting customers by phone and email
* Configuring new equipment and applying Engineering Change Orders
* Maintaining demo and loaner equipment
* Reporting quality or service issues
Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical degree in Electronics or equivalent
* 3–5 years of experience in electronics repair (preferred)
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and travel within Europe as needed
