What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Handle Goods In by unloading trailers, checking stock is correct and undamaged, and making sure everything is recorded properly and put away in the right place
* Carry out picking, replenishment, and loading tasks using RF guns and MHE (where needed), meeting daily targets and ensuring all stock is stacked, secured, and loaded correctly
* Support daily stock control by completing counts, investigating issues, keeping spreadsheets and records up to date, and following all stock procedures
* Work with the warehouse team to answer customer queries, support stock takes, report defects, and follow site rules and Health & Safety at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience working in a warehouse environment, including using RF scanners and following basic stock or inventory processes (training provided if needed)
* Ability to work safely as part of a team, and confident handling manual tasks, equipment, and materials
* Good literacy and numeracy skills to complete paperwork, update records, and read or respond to work instructions and emails
* Good awareness of Health & Safety requirements, including safe manual handling and working around MHE, vehicles, and potentially hazardous materials
