We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our team, you’ll plan promotions, review performance, secure funding, and work closely with Accounts, Purchasing and Marketing to keep everything moving. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Liaison: Build strong relationships with suppliers across vaping, FMCG and related categories. Be the main point of contact for all trade marketing activity. Proactively call suppliers to discuss listings, commercial opportunities, and promotional funding Commercial Negotiation & Sales Activity: Sell and negotiate listing fees for new products across wholesale, retail & ecommerce. Secure supplier funding for promotions, digital campaigns and in store support Unlock commercia value through stronger visibility improved pricing and better trading terms. Data & Analytics: Provide accurate sales, margin and performance reporting to internal teams and overseas partners. Maintain spreadsheets, trackers and promotional logs used for commercial decisions. Use data insights to recommend pricing, promotional mechanics, and product performance improvements. Promotional Management: Plan, implement and review promotional activity across wholesale, retail shops, and e-commerce. Track performance, ensure campaigns land on time and follow up with suppliers after each activity. Work with marketing on artwork, messaging, and activation requirements. Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with accounts, purchasing and marketing to deliver agreed commercial plans. Support stock flow, forecasting and availability for new listings and promotions. Balance supplier expectations with commercial priorities and operational constraints Governance & Compliance: Function as gatekeeper for product listings, commercial agreements, and promotional activities. Ensure all proposed activity meets internal criteria before sign off. Support compliance with industry regulations and internal policies What we’re looking for: Strong negotiation skills and sales ability Excellent analytical and numeracy skills Confident working with Excel reports and commercial data Ability to make sound data driven recommendations at pace. Experience in commercial, trading, buying, category or sales/marketing role.
