Overview Of The Role
Financial Planning Administrator role within a modern, ethical and rewarding employer that deals with pensions and investments to help clients achieve financial security with expert financial advice. Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and Adviser if desired, but this is not a prerequisite to be considered.
Responsibilities
* Client correspondence, written and verbal.
* Processing new business.
* Preparation of client review packs.
* Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser’s diary.
* Illustration requests.
* Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with internal procedures.
* Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client files are well presented, accurate and compliant.
* Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate.
* General back-office support using IO software.
