 * Commission, maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation, process‑control systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support efficient production operations.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement by applying the PDCA (Plan‑Do‑Check‑Act) methodology, including proactive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and output.
 * Share insights with planners and leadership to enhance scheduling, frequency, parts planning and overall maintenance optimisation.
 * Execute quality checks before and after maintenance activities, verifying repairs through testing to ensure machinery meets operational and safety standards.
 * Educate the autonomous maintenance team on equipment fundamentals, routine Clean‑Inspect‑Lubricate procedures, fault diagnosis and basic repair techniques.
 * Guide root‑cause‑analysis discussions, providing technical expertise to identify and eliminate recurring issues in manufacturing processes.
 * Uphold and promote high 5S standards throughout the facility, integrating cleaning‑in‑place (CIP) and hygiene practices to maintain a contaminant‑free environment.
