THE JOB
The Customer Service Administrator, known internally as a Valuation Manager, at Move With Us (part of Simplify) works as part of a busy and friendly Developer team. With full training provided, you’ll be tasked with liaising with estate agents, writing valuation reports, and supporting the wider team in a busy Customer Service role.
This role can be incredibly rewarding, both financially and personally. You’ll be able to earn uncapped commission and work with a cohesive team. There is also a clear career path for ambitious performers who wish to progress.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Working with estate agents to compare properties, review figures, and perform market appraisals
* Completing valuation reports quickly and accurately
* Obtaining availability and property details from customers and arranging for estate agents to value their property

Requirements
To succeed, you should be good with people, calm under pressure, accurate, and target-driven. Prior experience in property is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. You’ll need strong customer service skills and a professional yet personable manner, as communication will be primarily via phone and email.
