ESS Employment are working with our client to source a permanent Fettler. We are looking for a candidate with an understanding of engineering drawings and experience within a fine sheet metal work or fabrication environment. Our client has a varied product range, and they pride themselves on manufacturing and delivering a high-quality product.
Duties:
•Have fettling experience
•Have any form of metal finishing experience
•Have previous experience working in a sheet metal environment (as a fettler/deburrer/linisher)
•Grind, file, sand, de-burr or polish parts.
•Perform assigned duties using manual, pneumatic and electric hand tools, and machines.
•Manipulate work piece or tool manually.
•Develop and/or recommend techniques and parameters for blending/polishing.
•Inspect and measure work piece to verify conformance to specifications.
You may also have suitable skills if you have worked as an assembler, grinder, deburrer, metal finisher or linishing.
