Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative and logistical support to design and build teams, and commercial functions.
2. Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and assist with reporting and data entry.
3. Monitor and manage purchase orders, invoices, and tracking across telecoms projects.
4. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
5. Maintain internal and client systems and databases with up-to-date project and operational information.
6. Assist with document construction and control, compliance checks, and project teams communications.
Skills & Experience
7. Experience in telecoms, construction, or utilities environments is preferred.
8. Strong administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and project management tools.
9. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
10. Effective communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
11. Familiarity with purchase order systems and project finance processes is a plus.
12. Proven experience in MBNL or 3UK and EE
Qualifications
13. Business Administration, Project Support, or relevant qualification (proven experience if not held)
14. Training or experience in telecoms operations is required.
