Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive e-commerce assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales listings, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Manage product listings on Shopify, collating images from various brands and product information to generate bespoke product description.
* Work towards strict deadlines from brands to enhance relationships.
* Merchandise new product launches ensuring full visibility across the website.
* Communicate with marketing team to ensure maximum reach on new products.
Skills
* Strong general computer skills.
* Proficient typing skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with the ability to understand and interpret complex information
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Hours
Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
