Dudley Building Society believes in helping people live better lives. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our branch teams, supporting members through key milestones and providing an impeccable service experience.
Responsibilities
* Have good conversations with members and prospective members to understand their needs and how our products and services can support them.
* Deliver excellent customer service, address enquiries, find solutions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Be responsible for all till‑management activities and ensure counter conversations are maximised.
* Complete tasks for customers to help them manage and maintain their accounts.
* Work proactively and collaboratively with colleagues across the Society to deliver great customer outcomes.
* Contribute to the achievement of branch and corporate targets.
* Utilise our financial products to support members through key life events.
* Engage with local communities, businesses and partners both in and out of the branch.

* Experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
* Passionate about providing strong customer solutions.
