The Role: Process and manage sales orders from enquiry through to fulfilment Coordinate between sales and production teams to track order progress Provide customer and client support via phone and email, responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including CRM updates, sales pipeline tracking, order records, and internal operational reports Support operational planning by assisting with stock checks, procurement coordination, and monitoring outstanding requests to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
