We're working with a leading US law firm located in the heart of the City, just moments from Liverpool Street. Known for its strength in many areas and its collaborative team culture, the firm is now looking to welcome a Legal PA into its busy Transactional department.

Your day-to-day will include:
Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to fee earnersManaging busy diaries and inboxes with precisionCoordinating travel, meetings, and client eventsHandling document production and formatting legal correspondenceProcessing billing and time entries
What we're looking for:
At least 5 years of legal secretarial experience in Corporate/TransactionsBackground in a top-tier City or US law firmStrong grasp of Corporate procedures and terminologyHighly organised, proactive, and professional approachExcellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
