Hybrid Sales Associate

As a Hybrid Sales Associate, you'll be instrumental in driving sales growth and nurturing strong client connections. Working closely with our sales team, you'll uncover new opportunities, nurture leads, and surpass revenue goals. Your enthusiasm for healthcare, coupled with your natural sales flair, will empower you to effectively promote our offerings to healthcare providers and facilities.
This is a full-time role, allowing you to work from home most of the time while occasionally visiting our office in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire. You'll typically work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively seek out and pursue new business prospects within your designated area.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare establishments.
3. Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the advantages of Fresenius Medical Care solutions.
4. Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth product and service delivery to clients.
5. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to shape sales strategies.
6. Provide exceptional support and service to clients, promptly addressing any queries or concerns.
About You:
7. Although prior sales experience is not required, a background in customer service or retail is beneficial. However, a keen passion for sales is essential.
8. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
9. Negotiation and presentation abilities are a plus.
10. Self-motivated with a keen focus on achieving results.
11. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
