A well-established regional construction contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their team, based out of Portsmouth and overseeing projects across the South Coast. This role will involve the simultaneous management of 2–3 live projects, with individual project values up to £7m, delivering works across the commercial, industrial, education, and retirement living sectors. The Role As Contract Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects from pre-construction through to handover.
