Hours: Two posts are available up to 1.2 wte, working mon-fri hours are negiotable. These posts are offered on a permanent basis Job share will be considered for this post. From 1 April 2026, the working week for NHS Agenda for Change staff in Scotland will be reduced. Full-time hours will reduce from 37 to 36 hours (pro rata for part-time staff) without loss of earnings. UK Driving Licence: A UK driving licence is essential for this role. What you will do: This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to expand their skills and expertise within the field. This service provides a wide range of services for individuals with coronary heart disease. As a key member of the team you will contribute to specialist nursing care, education, counselling, support, and exercise to patients with a wide range of cardiac problems and their families. The post holder will facilitate high quality patient care within the caseload, identifying and monitoring high-risk patients to detect clinical deterioration. The post-holder will work closely with colleagues across NHS Ayrshire and Arran and all local authorities to ensure seamless care for the patient is provided.
