About the Company
You will join a long established, regulated healthcare provider delivering specialist cancer treatment outside of traditional hospital settings. The organisation combines strong clinical governance with personalised care models, allowing each Clinical Case Manager to practise to a high professional standard within a supportive, well structured service.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full oncology pathway from referral and onboarding through to treatment completion and offboarding.
• Coordinate SACT treatment plans, prescriptions, pathology results, and upcoming visits to ensure safe and timely delivery of care.
• Act as the central liaison between consultants, pharmacists, nurses, schedulers, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with CQC, GDPR, and professional standards.
About You
• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
• SACT qualification with extensive chemotherapy nursing experience.
• A minimum of three years post registration experience within oncology.
