Job Role: Client Relationship Executive Location: Baildon, BD17 Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 pa, depending on experience Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am -5.15pm Our client, a growing and dynamic company based in Baildon, is on the lookout for a Client Relationship Executive to join their thriving team due to growth. This is a pivotal role where you'll build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, helping the business deliver exceptional service to customers and external sales teams across the globe. As a Client Relationship Executive, you'll be at the centre of operations handling customer queries, managing bookings and supporting smooth daily processes. You'll work closely with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and other partners, ensuring accurate records and a seamless, professional client experience at every touchpoint. What You'll Be Doing as Client Relationship Executive: Respond to customer queries via phone and email with professionalism, efficiency and a friendly approach Monitor and manage the shared inbox to ensure no enquiry goes unanswered Accurately process and input customer bookings to maintain smooth operations Liaise with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery Prepare, review and dispatch essential customer documentation Undertake research and networking to stay ahead of market trends and competitors Advise and guide clients, ensuring service levels meet and exceed expectations for quality, service and value Anticipate customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to support their goals Provide support to the team with administrative or ad hoc tasks as required What We're Looking For: A proactive, solution focused attitude with a genuine passion for excellent customer service Ability to turn challenges into opportunities and consistently satisfy client needs Team player who is flexible, adaptable and thrives in a collaborative environment Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Why This Role?
